The four(4) red wires are all into one wire nut. The condo is over 30 years old and I assume the dark blue=black, tan=white, and don’t have any idea on the 4 red wires? The dark blue and tan were hooked up to an original light fixture. That is how I got my assumption of colors. Also curious of the where the ground wire? The ceiling fan is more ready than anything, and I am awaiting attachment to box, to be sure. Can anyone elaborate? Thanks.

I would bet that the red wires are all hot, and one of the others are coming from the wall switch. Of course, the other will be the neutral (white). You will need a voltmeter to sort it out, or hook it up the same way the old fixture was hooked up.
If the red wires turn out to be hot, then you could hook the fan up to run all the time, and hook the light kit up to the switch, using the same neutral for both.
Some electricians will run the hot into the light box, just for that purpose. It kinda makes the fan alot nicer to use that way, and you will only have to have the one pull chain hanging down that way (to control the fan speed). The extra wire could be there to carry the power on to another light box or outlet. 30 Years ago, I’m not sure if it was required to have a ground hookup in the system.

OK, I have a dual switch at the wall, one for the fan and one for the light.
From the ceiling fan, I have a green (ground) which is all hooked up.
Also from the ceiling fan, I have a black, a white and a black/white striped.
From the ceiling, I have a black, a white and a red wire. How do I wire them? Thanks for your help in advance

red to black, black to white/black, white to white.
