why does my remote ceiling fan light not turn on but the fan does?

I have a new remote ceiling fan and the fan will turn on with the remote and/or the switch but the lights will not. All the bulbs are brand new and all the wires are hooked up to match. Has anyonelse had this issue or does anyone know what i am doing wrong?
All the stuff is properly hooked up all the parts are good but i need to know why a light wouldnt work with the wires hooked up correctly and all good parts the remote is not bad it works the fan the bulbs work in other light fixtures, nothing is bad and all the wires are hooked correctly

sure when the light kit was installed the two wires from the light kit was connected to the two correct wires in the fan?

sure under the canopy at the ceiling the light wire was connected? usually 4 wires, white neutral, green ground, two other colors one is fan one is light kit.

sure bulbs are good?

sure the switch is wired correctly?

sure the pull chain for the light kit is pulled on?

could be bad fan, bad remote, bad light kit.

Can I get power for a ceiling fan from the receptacle in the room that is switch operated??r=1265482465?

Check with consumer affairs to see the fans that are having a problem with their light kits. There are a couple that the big box stores that are having that issue. I have not read about any fixes that they have agreed to yet, or even admitted to yet. Recourse is to return it for a refund or exchange.

It sounds as if you’ve done your best at trouble shooting this problem. Having said that, I would still look toward the wiring as the culprit. I bought one of these right out of the box light/fan combo’s and it worked right away. I’d take a shot at installing another set of batteries, especially the ones in the remote. If that won’t do it return to the store.
