Ceiling Fans

I just bought a Hunter Ceiling Fan at a yard sale. I thought all the parts where here but I am afraid I am missing some. Does anyone know a website that I can go to and download the manufacturers instruction and parts list? The ceiling fan is a Hunter model number 22573 CAT NO 22573-002.

Can a ceiling fan be installed simply in place of a light fixture?
