2001 hunter westminster ceiling fan

Sorry if my voice sounds weird, im 15 and going through puberty lol. It’s antique brass, airmax skeletal motor, medium oak blades, and was bought at lowes in late 2001. It’s at my aunt’s house in her spare bedroom in her basement. No windows, good place to go during a tornado lol!

The Whisper Wind …
The Whisper Wind Motors are put in Hunter fans like this and the Savoy fan to reduce manufacturing costs, but yet the Air Max motor is overall better than the Whisper Wind motor because of the internal expeller to cool the motor while the fan is running, but that does not mean it runs worse. The good thing is that you do not have to buy only candelabra bulbs in them, if by looks, you can go to Home Depot and get Energy Star rated intermediate base bulbs for the new ones.

the newer ones have the whisper-wind motor, and the antique brass with frosted shades shown here was replaced by bright brass with clear shades. i’ll be getting one later toady at Lowe’s for $99.97.
